This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to booking our 1-to-1 consultation services. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking. By booking a consultation with TruckBusIndia.com, you agree to these terms.
- How to Book Your Consultation
Select a Service: Choose the 1-to-1 consultation service on our website.
Schedule a Time: Select an available date and time slot from our calendar that is convenient for you.
Provide Information: Fill out the booking form with your accurate name, contact number, email address, and a brief description of your requirements. Providing clear information helps us prepare for our call.
Complete Payment: Finalize your booking by completing the payment through our secure payment gateway.
- Payment Policy
Upfront Payment: All consultation services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. We do not reserve slots without payment.
Secure Payments: We use a secure third-party payment processor to handle all transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and not stored on our servers.
Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
No Refunds: All consultation fees are non-refundable. The fee covers the time our experts set aside and the preparatory work done for your session. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. - Rescheduling Policy
24-Hour Notice Required: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your consultation, you must notify us via email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
How to Reschedule: To request a reschedule, please email us at info@truckbusindia.com with your booking details and your preferred new time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation, with no refund provided.
- Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to be available at the scheduled time.
Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. We cannot extend the session to make up for the lost time.
No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without any prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show.” This will be treated as a cancellation, and you will not be eligible for a refund or a rescheduled session.
