iGO Wise Mobility and Daiots Arc Launch Electric Trike Fleet

Bangalore-based iGO Wise Mobility and Daiots Arc Private Limited are joining forces to introduce a fleet of BeiGo X4 electric trikes aimed at transforming temperature-sensitive deliveries in Indian cities. The strategic partnership kicks off with 100 vehicles and aims to expand to 1,000 units over priority urban and semi-urban corridors, offering a modern solution for cold-chain logistics.

Addressing Urban Cold-Chain Challenges

The BeiGo X4 is designed for mid-mile and penultimate-mile deliveries, combining a three-wheeled structure with car-like stability. Its patented anti-topple tilting system allows operators to navigate crowded streets efficiently while maintaining high payload capacity. The trike’s modular cold-chain setup ensures sensitive cargo like groceries, health beverages, and battery packs remain at the right temperature from dispatch to delivery.

Sravan, CEO of iGO Wise Mobility, explained, “The BeiGo X4 merges operational productivity with rugged reliability. Partnering with Daiots Arc lets us serve segments where precision, speed, and product integrity are crucial.”

Data-Driven Fleet Intelligence

Daiots Arc integrates AI-based routing, IoT telematics, and predictive maintenance into the deployment, creating a fully managed, enterprise-grade fleet. The system monitors battery levels, thermal zones, and local conditions to optimize delivery schedules and reduce spoilage. This approach ensures time-critical and temperature-sensitive cargo reaches its destination safely and efficiently.

Bridging Gaps in Last-Mile EV Delivery

Raju Bhulok, founder of Daiots Arc, noted, “Existing scooters and low-speed eKarts handle small payloads well, but larger, fast deliveries require a new solution. The BeiGo X4 fills that gap, offering speed and stability for bigger loads while keeping operational costs low.” The trike is described as a high-speed “2.5-wheeler,” balancing the agility of a two-wheeler with the carrying capacity of a small utility vehicle.

Pilot Rollout and Operations

Multi-City Launch

The initial deployment targets corridors in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Visakhapatnam, serving premium grocers, quick-commerce platforms, and health-drink distributors. The MoU includes standardised maintenance protocols, remote diagnostics, and enterprise-level service agreements to maximise uptime across multi-city operations.

Performance Measurement

The pilot phase will track key metrics such as spoilage reduction, on-time delivery rates, and total cost of ownership. Insights from this phase will inform operational playbooks for scaling the fleet nationwide, ensuring the solution is repeatable and cost-effective.

Cold-Chain Efficiency

Special attention is given to preserving product quality. By combining the BeiGo X4’s modular cold-chain system with Daiots Arc’s AI fleet intelligence, deliveries remain temperature-controlled while optimising route efficiency, reducing the risk of spoilage or delays.

Strategic Implications for India’s EV Logistics

Meeting Growing Urban Demand

Urban congestion, rising fuel costs, and stricter emissions norms have accelerated interest in electric last-mile logistics. Quick-commerce, groceries, and temperature-sensitive product delivery segments are particularly affected, driving demand for innovative EV solutions like the BeiGo X4.

Technology and Local Expertise

iGO Wise focuses on multi-wheel electric vehicle design, while Daiots Arc specialises in AI-powered fleet management and IoT integration. Together, the partnership aims to create a next-generation EV logistics ecosystem that combines vehicle performance with operational intelligence.

Scaling for the Future

With plans to grow from 100 to 1,000 vehicles, the partnership seeks to redefine urban cold-chain logistics in India. The pilot will serve as a blueprint for expanding a high-efficiency, technology-driven fleet across multiple cities, supporting reliable deliveries while reducing operational costs and environmental impact.
