Mahindra Opens New Hisar 3S Dealership Strengthening Network
Mahindra Trucks and Buses has expanded its commercial vehicle footprint with the inauguration of a new 3S dealership in Hisar, Haryana. The facility, operated by M/s J K Automart, marks the 97th full-fledged dealership under the Mahindra Trucks and Buses brand and adds further strength to the company’s fast-growing national network. Designed to offer sales, service, and spare parts support under one roof, the Hisar outlet reinforces Mahindra’s commitment to providing accessible and dependable after-sales service to commercial fleet operators.
Spread across 22,000 sq. ft., the newly launched dealership is equipped with five dedicated service bays capable of servicing over six vehicles per day. The outlet includes additional customer-friendly amenities such as driver lodging facilities, 24/7 breakdown support, and on-site AdBlue availability, ensuring that fleet operators in the region have access to uninterrupted, round-the-clock assistance.
Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Vinod Sahay, President – Trucks, Buses and Construction Equipment and Member of the Group Executive Board, highlighted the growing strength of Mahindra’s commercial vehicle network. He shared that the combined Mahindra Truck, Bus, and SML network now consists of 203 dealerships, 137 2S facilities, and 273 authorized workshops across India. Mr. Sahay noted that Mahindra currently commands nearly 7% market share in the combined truck and bus segment, along with a stronger 24% share in the I&LCV bus category. The company has set ambitious expansion goals, aiming to increase its overall commercial vehicle market share to 10–12% by FY31 and surpass 20% by FY36.
Adding to the strategic vision, Dr. Venkat Srinivas, Business Head for Mahindra Trucks, Buses & Construction Equipment, elaborated on the key features that strengthen Mahindra’s value proposition in the commercial mobility segment. He emphasized the role of the company’s iMAXX telematics platform, which enables fleet owners to monitor vehicle performance and optimize operations. Mahindra also offers industry-leading service guarantees—including a commitment to returning vehicles to the road within 48 hours or providing compensation, and a 36-hour turnaround time at dealer workshops, backed by guaranteed payouts if deadlines are missed. These benefits are offered across the BLAZO X, FURIO, OPTIMO, and JAYO range of Mahindra trucks.
The Hisar dealership will cater to a wide range of commercial vehicles, including heavy, intermediate, and light commercial trucks, as well as buses. When integrated with the broader SML network, Mahindra’s nationwide presence expands to 203 3S dealerships, 137 2S outlets, 273 workshops, more than 2,000 spares retailers, over 200 mobile service vans, and 22 exclusive M-Parts Plazas. A multi-lingual 24×7 helpline, staffed by technical experts, further strengthens the company’s service ecosystem.
With the opening of the Hisar facility, Mahindra continues to enhance its reach and reinforce its long-term strategy of offering robust, high-quality commercial vehicle services across India.
