TVS King Kargo HD EV debuts, marks new cargo mobility era

TVS Motor Company has unveiled the TVS King Kargo HD EV, a next-generation three-wheeler designed to reshape the cargo mobility landscape in India. Purpose-built for urban and semi-urban logistics, the new electric variant blends technology, reliability, and robust performance to make last-mile delivery smarter, safer, and more efficient.

Alongside the EV, the company also showcased a CNG-powered King Kargo HD, which is expected to hit the market later this year, giving customers more sustainable fuel options.

The King Kargo HD EV comes loaded with customer-focused features that go beyond just transport. With a top speed of 60 km/h, fast charging in just over 3 hours, and an industry-leading 6-year/1.5 lakh km warranty, the vehicle promises durability and peace of mind for operators. Its spacious 6.6 ft load deck with leaf spring suspension ensures better load-carrying ability, while a low turning radius and ground clearance of 235 mm make navigating narrow city streets effortless.

What sets it apart is the focus on driver comfort and safety. A roomy cabin with rolling windows, LED headlamps and tail lamps for better night visibility, twin-axis rear-view mirrors for safer navigation, and a dedicated Power Gear Mode for extra torque under heavy loads all make day-to-day operations easier and safer for drivers.

The King Kargo HD EV is also India’s first Bluetooth-enabled cargo three-wheeler, equipped with TVS SmartXonnect® technology, offering 26 intelligent features. From real-time vehicle insights to smart alerts, the system helps operators run their fleets more efficiently. The vehicle also connects seamlessly with TVS Connect Fleet, a powerful web-based platform that provides businesses with complete visibility and control through features like live tracking, asset management, reports, and predictive analytics.
