Atul Auto And Exponent Energy Partner For EV Growth

Atul Auto and Exponent Energy have announced a strategic partnership in Bengaluru on April 24, 2026, to jointly develop rapid-charging electric three wheelers. 

The collaboration aims to accelerate electric mobility adoption in India by combining advanced battery technology with scalable vehicle production. Under the agreement, the companies will manufacture at least 15,000 passenger electric three wheelers over a three-year period.

Atul Auto Exponent Energy Fast Charging Technology

The upcoming electric three wheelers will use Exponent Energy’s OTO mobility platform, which integrates battery systems, powertrain, and vehicle software into a single ecosystem. 

This technology enables a full charge in just 15 minutes, significantly reducing downtime for commercial users. The platform is also interoperable, allowing vehicles to use standard public and home charging infrastructure along with Exponent’s dedicated network.

Atul Auto Exponent Energy Warranty And Financing

The battery and charging system will come with a 2 lakh km warranty for commercial operations, improving confidence among fleet operators. 

Additionally, Exponent Energy will introduce a financing platform called Exponent One, offering structured payment plans, embedded insurance, and buyback options to make ownership more accessible.
