Pune is set to host a major industry event as the 10th edition of the Commercial Vehicle Forum takes place at Conrad Pune on June 10, 2026. Marking a decade of industry engagement, the forum is expected to bring together key stakeholders to discuss the future of commercial mobility in India.
Over the years, the event has evolved into a credible platform for senior leaders, innovators and decision-makers across OEMs, logistics, fleet operations, policy and technology sectors.

The theme for this year’s edition, Accelerating India’s Transition to Green and Digital Commercial Mobility, highlights the rapid transformation underway in the industry.
Discussions will centre on electrification, alternative fuels, digital fleet systems and regulatory developments. With the sector moving towards cleaner and smarter solutions, the forum will address key priorities shaping the next phase of growth.
Dual Stage Format To Drive Industry Conversations
The event will feature two dedicated stages designed to cover both strategic and technical aspects of the industry.
The Main Stage will focus on broader industry trends, policy developments, powertrain evolution and the increasing role of data-driven fleet operations.
