Tata Commercial Vehicles Reports 32% YoY Sales Growth In February 2026
Tata Commercial Vehicles recorded a strong performance in February 2026, registering a 32 percent year on year growth in total sales. Tata Commercial Vehicles Sales Surge Across Segments
The February 2026 sales report highlights growth in every commercial vehicle category for Tata Motors. Domestic sales stood at 40,893 units, marking a 32.8 percent increase compared to 30,797 units sold in February 2025.
Exports also showed positive momentum. Tata Commercial Vehicles shipped 2,047 units to overseas markets in February 2026, recording a 17.9 percent rise over 1,736 units exported in the same month last year.

Strong Growth In HCV And SCV Cargo Sales
Heavy Commercial Vehicles emerged as one of the top performing segments. Tata Motors sold 13,559 HCV units in the domestic market in February 2026, up 37.1 percent from 9,892 units in February 2025.
The SCV Cargo and Pickups category also reported healthy growth. Domestic sales increased from 10,898 units last year to 14,209 units in February 2026, translating to a 30.4 percent year on year rise.

ILMCV And Passenger Carrier Sales Expand
Intermediate, Light and Medium Commercial Vehicles continued their upward trend. Tata Motors sold 7,577 ILMCV units in India during February 2026, up 34.1 percent compared to 5,652 units in the same period last year.
Passenger carriers also recorded growth. Sales reached 5,548 units in February 2026, registering a 27.4 percent increase over 4,355 units sold in February 2025.
The diversified portfolio has helped Tata Commercial Vehicles maintain steady growth across freight transport and public mobility solutions.
MH&ICV Segment Maintains Momentum
The Medium, Heavy and Intermediate Commercial Vehicles segment delivered notable results. Tata Commercial Vehicles sold 21,423 MH&ICVs in India in February 2026, up 34.4 percent from 15,940 units in February 2025.
When combining domestic and export numbers, MH&ICV sales rose 34.9 percent year on year, increasing from 16,693 units to 22,512 units in February 2026.
