 Prawaas 5.0 Brings Passenger Mobility Leaders Together

India’s leading bus and car operators are set to converge at Gandhinagar this July as Prawaas 5.0 takes centre stage from 9–11 July 2026 at the Helipad Exhibition Centre. Organised by the Akhil Gujarat Pravasi Vahan Sanchalak Trust and supported by the Gujarat Tourist Vehicles Operators Association and Gujarat Luxury Cab Owners Association, the event promises to be the country’s largest platform for passenger mobility.

Industry leaders and key association representatives have already marked their presence at the curtain raiser, reflecting strong sectoral enthusiasm. Prominent figures attending included Shri Megjibhai Khetani, Shri Lalitbhai Sukhwani, Shri Prakashbhai Patel, Shri Ganeshbhai Joshi, and Shri Amitbhai Shah. The BOCI leadership team, along with partners such as redBus and Tata Motors, confirmed their participation, showcasing national-level engagement.

Prawaas 5.0 will feature an extensive programme of activities, including the Global Exhibition, Bharat Prawaas Awards, conference sessions, workshops, policy dialogues, startup showcases, and structured B2B meetings. A dedicated networking dinner will provide further opportunities for collaboration. Early bookings indicate that almost half of the exhibition space is already secured, with leading brands such as JTAC, Zylog Composites, VinFast, and KRNSPH on board as partners.

This edition of Prawaas is expected to attract participants from all 36 States and Union Territories, bringing together more than 10,000 bus and car operators, 300 exhibitors, 1,500 delegates, and over 15,000 business visitors. The platform will focus on integrated mobility solutions, school bus safety, tourism transport, electric vehicles, metro connectivity, fleet modernisation, and smart transport technologies.
