Olectra Greentech Limited has strengthened its leadership in electric mobility with the appointment of Dr Allabaksh Naikodi as Head – EV Systems. He also served as CTO at JLNPhenix Energy and worked with Schneider Electric as Lead Architect. His earlier career at Tech Mahindra, Honeywell Aerospace, Satyam Computer Services, HBL Nife Power Systems, and ABB Inc. provided him with deep industry insights into EV systems, electronics, and industrial technologies.

Beyond corporate leadership, Dr Naikodi contributes to India’s electric mobility policy framework. He is a Member of the National EV Steering Committee and chairs the EV Project Review Committee for the Government of India.
