Gainwell Trucking Private Limited (GTPL) has reported substantial growth over the past six months, deploying 320 heavy-duty mining trucks across India. The company’s active fleet now exceeds 2,000 units, serving key industrial and mining regions and reinforcing customer confidence in its equipment and service solutions.
Strategic partnerships, including its authorised channel tie-up with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles for BharatBenz mining trucks, have driven sales momentum. Demand remains strong from coal mining, infrastructure development, and aggregate transportation projects, particularly in West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and other northern and northeastern states.
Expanding Service Network Across Strategic Locations
To enhance service capabilities and customer support, GTPL inaugurated eight new service locations in 2025, covering Noida, Ahmedabad, Singrauli, Durgapur, Dhanbad, Jharsuguda, Anuppur, and Talcher. These centres provide sales, after-sales support, spare parts, and service coordination.
The company plans to add two more locations in Hazaribagh and Barbil to strengthen its national footprint. Its flagship Asansol facility is set to become operational this quarter, featuring state-of-the-art repair workshops and comprehensive parts inventory for holistic service coverage.
Workforce Growth to Support Service Excellence
Gainwell Trucking currently employs 150 professionals across sales, service, operations, and support functions. To meet growing demand, the company plans to hire 100 additional employees in 2026, strategically deploying them across the expanded network to enhance equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
Deepak Jolly, CEO of GTPL, stated, “Our recent performance reflects customer trust and team dedication. Expanding our network and workforce underlines our commitment to reliable equipment, faster service, and a strong on-ground presence.”
Surabhi Chaturvedi, Director of Operations, added, “We are building an agile, technology-enabled service ecosystem. The new talent will drive predictive maintenance, optimise machine utilisation, and reduce downtime, improving productivity and lowering costs for our customers.”
Outlook for 2026
With infrastructure and mining activity accelerating in India, the demand for heavy commercial vehicles and mining equipment remains strong. Gainwell Trucking’s expanding fleet, service network, and growing workforce position it to capitalize on opportunities and continue supporting customers in critical industrial operations.
