CASE launches first company-owned construction store in South India

CASE Construction Equipment has expanded its operational footprint in India with the launch of its first company-owned, company-operated brandstore in South India. The new facility in Tiruchirappalli marks a shift toward deeper, direct customer engagement as the company aligns itself with rising construction and infrastructure activity across Tamil Nadu.

The brandstore has been established on the Trichy–Dindugal road, a corridor that connects multiple districts witnessing sustained infrastructure development. From road construction and irrigation works to industrial and public-sector projects, areas such as Ariyalur, Perambalur, Thanjavur, Madurai, and Tirunelveli continue to generate demand for reliable construction equipment and consistent service support. CASE aims to meet this demand by positioning its operations closer to project sites and customers.

Spanning around 5,300 square feet, the Tiruchirappalli outlet functions as a comprehensive sales and aftersales centre. It includes two fully equipped service bays, a dedicated repair workshop, and a warehouse carrying approximately 700 parts lines. The facility is supported by trained service engineers, mobile service vans, and advanced diagnostic tools, allowing faster service response and improved equipment uptime for customers operating across the region.

The store showcases CASE’s Stage V-compliant construction machines and offers genuine spare parts support not only for nearby districts but across Tamil Nadu. To further strengthen aftersales reach, CASE’s Tirunelveli branch will provide additional spare parts support, improving service responsiveness in southern parts of the state.

Emre Karazli, Vice President, Construction Segment at CASE Construction Equipment, said India continues to be one of the company’s most important markets worldwide. He highlighted that the country contributes significantly to CASE’s global operations, both in terms of infrastructure scale and operational capability. The new Tiruchirappalli brandstore, he said, reinforces the company’s proximity to customers while underlining India’s strategic importance within the global organisation.

Commenting on the development, Shalabh Chaturvedi, Managing Director, CASE Construction Equipment – India & SAARC, noted that Tiruchirappalli holds strategic relevance due to ongoing infrastructure activity across multiple sectors. He stated that the company-owned brandstore model enables CASE to engage more directly with customers, strengthen service coverage, and maintain consistent support as infrastructure development continues to expand across Tamil Nadu.

With the opening of the Tiruchirappalli COCO brandstore, CASE Construction Equipment is strengthening its long-term commitment to southern India, focusing on direct operations, faster service delivery, and reliable parts availability to support the region’s growing construction ecosystem.
