Montra Electric Expands Dealerships Across Delhi-NCR

Montra Electric, the clean mobility arm of the Murugappa Group, has expanded its dealership network in the Delhi-NCR region with the launch of a new electric small commercial vehicle (e-SCV) outlet in Libaspur, North Delhi, and an electric three-wheeler (e-3W) dealership in Surajpur, Greater Noida. This move underscores the company’s commitment to supporting the growing adoption of electric commercial vehicles in urban logistics and passenger transport.

The new Vigsons Automobiles outlet in Greater Noida will serve both fleet operators and individual owners in last-mile passenger and cargo segments, offering Montra Electric’s Super Auto and Super Cargo models. The dealership is equipped with service infrastructure and trained EV technicians to ensure minimal downtime and enhanced vehicle reliability for daily operations.

Meanwhile, Action Volt Wheels’ North Delhi e-SCV dealership is geared toward logistics businesses, providing Montra Electric’s Eviator for intra-city and mid-mile transportation. The facility supports e-commerce distribution, FMCG deliveries, and urban freight movement, with repair and after-sales services tailored for fleet efficiency.

Arun Murugappan, Chairman of Montra Electric, highlighted the strategic significance of the NCR market, stating, “The transition to electric commercial mobility is an institutional shift, not merely a product change. Its success depends on a reliable ecosystem, anchored in quality, service, and ownership confidence.”

The Montra Eviator, a 3.5-ton e-SCV based on the Tru-EV platform, offers a driving range of over 170 km, a 10.3-foot loading deck, and a 1.7-ton payload capacity, making it ideal for mid-mile and intra-city operations. Comfort and safety are ensured with a segment-first AC cabin, roomy interior, and strong LED headlights. The vehicle comes with an extended warranty of up to seven years or 2.5 lakh km, along with annual maintenance packages.

Montra’s Super Auto and Super Cargo three-wheelers complement the portfolio by addressing last-mile passenger and delivery needs. The Super Auto offers a 160 km range per charge, a comfortable driver seat, and bright LED headlights, while the Super Cargo provides fast 15-minute charging, up to 170 cubic feet of container capacity, and a 5-year or 3,000-cycle battery warranty.
