Euler Motors Launches Prime for Smarter EV Support
Euler Motors has introduced a new real-time support ecosystem called Euler Prime, aiming to enhance vehicle uptime and deliver rapid, intelligent assistance to electric commercial vehicle users across India. The company announced that the first phase of the rollout will cover Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, and Patna, with plans to expand nationwide in subsequent stages. Eventually, Prime services will be available to customers in more than 45 cities.
Euler Prime has been developed as a proactive support solution designed to ensure that Euler’s commercial EVs remain on the road longer, helping users maximize daily earnings. In the event of a breakdown—whether within city limits or in surrounding areas—a specialised Prime response team will be deployed on two-wheelers and service vans. Their role is to reach the stranded vehicle quickly and resolve issues on-site, enabling minimal disruption to the customer’s operations.
The backbone of this capability is Shepherd, Euler Motors’ in-house telematics and vehicle intelligence platform. Shepherd enables predictive maintenance, continuous remote diagnostics, and real-time monitoring. By detecting abnormalities before they escalate into faults, the system allows for early alerts and quick interventions. A fully integrated backend connects vehicles, the support network, and operational teams, ensuring seamless coordination for rapid problem resolution.
Access to Euler Prime will be available to all new customers as well as existing owners who are under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Current users outside AMC coverage can avail the service on a paid basis. In urban locations, Prime teams aim to reach the vehicle within 90 minutes, while response times for highways and outer-city areas range between four and five hours depending on the distance.
Ashish Tandon, Global Head of Customer Excellence at Euler Motors, described the launch of Prime as an important milestone in elevating the company’s customer service standards. “Euler Prime is a significant milestone in our mission to deliver an exceptional and seamless ownership experience to our customers. Delivering the highest utilisation of EV assets is the main motto behind Euler Prime,” he said. Tandon emphasised that the service has been redesigned as a proactive, real-time solution meant to keep businesses running without interruption.
He added that the combination of advanced on-ground support and the technological intelligence of the Shepherd platform reflects the company’s focus on maximising uptime while reducing operational hindrances. “This is about delivering confidence on wheels—acting before a problem becomes a roadblock and turning service into a true enabler of productivity and profitability,” he said.
With Euler Prime, the company reiterates its commitment to creating a full-fledged EV ownership ecosystem driven by reliability, responsiveness, and ease of use. The initiative reinforces Euler Motors’ broader vision that commercial EVs are not merely transportation products but intelligent, connected systems designed to anticipate issues, respond swiftly, and ensure that customers are never left stranded.
